Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate our clients, where possible, or offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

It is our salon policy during a Cosmetic Tattoo Appointment that children, friends or family cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their own safety and the comfort of our technician.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Booking Policy
No appointments will be held tentatively. Payment will be made online or over the phone. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. (This does not include PMU services). Deposits are strictly non refundable. Deposits will be held as credit for future appointments if you cancel within 48 hours. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment within the 48-hour window, a new booking fee will need to be paid in advance prior to making another booking.
If you arrive at your appointment more than 10 minutes late, that will mean that you automatically forfeit your appointment as well as your booking fee. Please allow time for parking to ensure you are not late to your appointment.
Clients booking Permanent Makeup
The booking fee for permanent makeup appointments is strictly non-refundable non-transferable under any circumstances .The booking fee covers the consultation portion of your appointment. the artist has the right to refuse treatment. please ensure you have read and understand this before continuing.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that our company cannot be held responsible for any damage, including but not limited to stains or any other form of damage that may occur to your clothes during any treatment. While we strive to ensure a safe and professional environment, accidents can happen, and we cannot accept liability for any such incidents. We kindly request that you take necessary precautions to protect your garments during the treatment or wearing stain proof dark clothing to your appointment. By paying your deposit and participating in the treatment, you acknowledge and agree to release our company from any liability or claim related to damaged clothing.
Payment terms

Full payments are non-refundable for any cancellations. This is agreed upon once the order is confirmed and the appointment is finalised.
Payment Plans through Stripe or Direct Debit
We offer payment plans for all services over the value of $500. A $250 deposit is required for all cosmetic tattooing services or you can opt to include your deposit into your payment plan, however a minimum of two weekly payments must be received prior to your appointment being completed.
Payments are required to be made each week, on time or a late processing fee of $10 can be charged at the discretion of London Rose Beauty. All touch up appointments of $99 are included in the payment plan, however if you do not show or cancel within the 48 hour time frame a $50 fee will be charged.
